Cycling holidays
Bicycles are available to hire and maps are provided. Cycling in the Basque region of France is very popular and the famous Tour de France passes nearby.
Bird Watching
The south west of france is home to a variety of birds, but the birds of prey are of particular interest. Buzzards, Kites and Vultures abound here and there are good opportunities to see the Vultures up close.
Painting holidays
The region is perfect for landscape painting – groups can be accommodated for trips out or a room inside can be made available.
Four Wheel drive & Motorcross
4WD days are available from the local Auberge in the village of Montory. The SSV (side by side vehicle) can tackle any terrain and is challenging and great fun for 1/2 or full days. Prices per person for 1/2 a day is 100 euros and full day is 150 euros. Bed and Breakfast rates are not included in this.
